Warehousing Services

Farnell Freight boasts a 30,000 + sq-ft warehouse facility, located in the heart of JaxPort.  We have video surveillance, gated fencing, concrete block walls, a security alarm system and are located a half mile from a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office police sub-station.  We also benefit from our neighbors Owens Corning and Crowley who have night security guards patrolling everyday.

Loading/Unloading

Our warehousing staff is trained in loading and unloading shipping containers, flatracks, trailers, flatbed trailers and open top containers.  We have a wide assortment of dunnage and equipment for safely loading your cargo.

We can pallet load or hand stack containers.  Please call for pricing.

Short/Long Term Storage

We offer 30 days free storage for cargo going out for export.  After those 30 free days expire, storage charges will start to accrue.

In addition to shipping related storage, we offer short and long term storage for local cargo in general – it does not need to be exported.  Please call for pricing.

Tarping & Strapping

We have a variety of strapping and tarps in stock to help protect cargo loaded onto flatracks.  Our premium shrink-wrap service is ideal for boats and drywall or lumber that cannot be subjected to salt spray during transit.

Crating

We offer limited crating options for cargo.  We cannot crate windows or granite.
